Episode 61 "Andy on Trial"
A wealthy man gets Andy put on trial for revenge after Andy
tracks him down for failing to appear for a traffic violation.
Episode 62 "Cousin Virgil"
Barney's accident prone cousin visits Mayberry and messes up everything he
attempts to do.
Episode 63 "Deputy Otis"
Andy helps Otis convince his brother Ralph that he is a member of the
Sheriff's office. Turns out that his brother is just as much of a drunk as
he is.
Episode 64 "Opie's Rival"
Opie develops a crush on the town nurse and gets upset when Andy begins
paying attention to her.
Episode 65 "Andy and Opie Bachelors"
Bee leaves town to visit a relative and leaves Andy and Opie by
themselves. Andy gets himself in trouble when he comes to believe that
Peggy is trying to trap a husband.
Episode 66 "Mr. McBeevee"
Opie tells a tall tale about a man who walks in the trees. Andy threatens
Opie with a spanking if he doesn't quit telling stories. Later Andy sees
the man Opie is talking about, a telephone liesman.
Episode 67 "Andy's Rich Girlfriend"
Andy finds out that Peggy is from a rich family and he tries hard to fit
in before deciding to just be himself.
Episode 68 "Barney Mends a Broken Heart"
Peggy breaks a date with Andy after an old friend arrives in town. Andy
gets angry and gose on a date with another girl introduced to him by
Barney.
Episode 69 "Andy and the New Mayor"
Mayor Stoner appears and makes trouble for the Sheriff's office.
Episode 70 "The Cow Thief"
Andy has to solve the case of a farmers missing cows. The mayor calls in
an investigator from the state but Andy manages to solve the case first.
Episode 71 "Floyd the Gay Deceiver"
Floyd has been writing a woman claiming to be a wealthy man. She comes to
town to visit Floyd who has Andy help him pretend to be rich. Turns out
the woman is a con artist out to steal Floyds money.
Episode 72 "The Mayberry Band"
Mayor Stoner pulls funds that would have paid for the Mayberry bands trip
to a band competition. He later changes his mind.
Episode 73 "Lawman Barney"
Barney must confront several farmers who defy his orders.
Episode 74 "Convicts at Large"
Some escaped female convicts hold Barney and Floyd hostage. Andy manages
to free them and capture the convicts.
Episode 75 "The Bed Jacket"
Andy gets Aunt Bee a set of salt and pepper shakers and some canning jars
for her birthday. What she really wanted was a lace bed jacket which Andy
the scrambles to get.
Episode 76 "Barney and the Governor"
Barney thinks Andy is setting him up by encouraging him to ticket the
governors car.
Episode 77 "Man in a Hurry"
Malcolm Tucker a businessman is stuck in Mayberry when his car breaks down
on a Sunday. He has a hard time getting anything done on a Sunday.
Episode 78 "The Bank Job"
Barney tries to prove that the Mayberry Bank has poor security by sneaking
into the vault where he accidentally gets locked in.
Episode 79 "One Punch Opie"
Opie stands up to a new kid in town who is up to no good.
Episode 80 "High Noon Mayberry"
An ex con comes to town to thank Andy for turning his life around. Barney
thinks he is coming to take revenge on Andy. |
