of losing her scholarship.

pool hall. He sees a new side of Phil when Phil comes to his rescue and
teaches the hustlers a lesson.

Will dares Carlton to
spend time in a rough neighborhood. Carlton takes the bet.

T surprises Ashley on her birthday. He asks her on a date.

Hillary gets a job
as the assistant to a demanding actress played by Queen Latifah. The
actress wants Will and Hillary tries to get the two together.

Will gets trapped with a new girlfriend during an earthquake.
They may not be as good together as they thought.

Ashley
gets challenged to a fight by a bully at school. Carlton and Will show up
to help her and Ashley's parents intervene as well. No one helps much and
Ashley and the Bully manage to work out the situation themselves.

make money for a dance and he must juggle the job and school.

Will and Carlton are preparing for college aptitude tests. Will is calm an
unconcerned while Carlton s all nerves.

Phillip catches
his mom kissing a handyman and can't handle seeing his mom with another
man.

Will's mom is upset that her sister Janice is marrying a white man. She
forbids will from attending the wedding.

birthday and she is uneasy about turning 40.

Will falls for a
heavy girl, Dee Dee, but will not ask her out because of her size.
Episode 34 "Cased Up"
Will gets into a car accident with a lawyer who is dating Hillary.
They get into an argument about who is at fault.

Silverware is missing
and Will and Carlton think a party guest stole it.
Episode 36 "The Butler Did It"
Carlton rents
out the house while his parents are away. The renter is Bell Biv DeVoe who
wants to shoot a video in the house. Will and his friend try to sneak into
the video.

Will wins a
fund raiser put on by Phillips country club. It is tradition that the
winner give the prize to charity but that's there tradition, not wills.
Episode 38 "Christmas Show"
The family gets robbed and must celebrate Christmas without expensive
gifts.

Hillary has her
credit cards cancelled and must work for a caterer to make money.

Will meets a basketball opponent from Malibu Prep who needs to
